  • Founder

    Carla is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Licensed Behavior Analyst in Washington State with more than 20 years of experience across clinical, leadership, and business operations roles. She began her career as a behavior technician and grew into executive leadership, eventually co-founding and expanding a multi-location behavioral health company across two states with her husband Andrew.

    In addition, Carla (along with Andrew) owned and operated a large child care center serving children under six, broadening her expertise in early childhood development, regulatory compliance, and operational management.

    She currently serves as the Public Policy Chair for the Washington Association for Behavior Analysis (WABA), where she advocates for system improvements and legislative support for behavioral health providers. Her expertise lies in organizational systems, policy and compliance, staff development, and operational efficiency.

    She brings a grounded, evidence-based approach to helping organizations remain compliant, navigate complex systems, align teams, and reach sustainable outcomes. Her special niche involves difficult conversations & helps to talk through what to say during stressful business situations.

  • CFO, Founder

    Andrew holds an MBA with a specialization in Financial Management and has extensive experience in strategic planning, data analysis, and business operations.

    He helps organizations pinpoint and track key performance indicators (KPIs), interpret financial data, and set achievable growth goals with clear timelines.

    With a background in entrepreneurship and business development, as well as law enforcement and real estate, Andrew’s strength lies in translating complex financial concepts into actionable strategies that drive results.

    His analytical mindset and pragmatic approach complement Carla’s operational and behavioral insight, giving clients a well-rounded advisory experience.

Beyond Consulting

Originally from Northern California and now happily rooted in the Pacific Northwest, Andrew and Carla enjoy a life that’s as full outside of work as it is within it.

They love traveling in their RV, spending time in Cannon Beach, Oregon, vacationing in Maui, and exploring new places around the U.S. with their dogs and family.

Both are total foodies, always hunting down great local spots, whether it’s sushi, street tacos, or a hidden BBQ gem.

They share a passion for football season, classic car shows, and discovering unique whiskeys and craft spirits.
